A water-based, high-performance sealer for all porous surfaces such as new gypsum drywall, joint compound and speckling. Penetrates deep into the surface and uniformly seals, creating a moisture-resistant film that protects from damage when redecorating. Good alkali-resistant properties means it can be applied to high pH surfaces. Before application, the surface must be clean, dry, sound and free of contamination. Apply by brush, roller or spray. Touch dry in 30 minutes and recoatable in three hours.
