This 12mm thick tool is capable of cutting both parts of a joint in 15 minutes, including set-up. Features fixed lengths for 600mm, 616mm, 635mm and 650mm wide worktops. Cuts up to 40mm thick worktops with or without anti-drip postformed edge, and includes two open-ended bolt recesses (dog bone style) for 150mm bolts. The featured 10mm diameter plastic pins with tapered shoulders maintain a tight fit and provide a three-point pin contact to ensure ease of setting up.
