EcoTherm insulation sheet is a flat, foil-faced sheet made from polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam core in the middle and protective aluminium foils on both sides. The foam core traps heat, while the foil facings reflect radiant heat and protect the core from moisture and mechanical damage.
EcoTherm insulation boards must be installed above the Damp Proof Membrane (DPM) when used for floor insulation. They are suitable for domestic ground-bearing floors and ground-supported concrete slab systems, and have high dimensional stability.
