When the primer is applied without dilution on non-porous surfaces, it can act as a bonding agent that can be used on ceramic tile, power-floated concrete, rigid metal, quarry tile, asphalt, terrazzo and surface membranes. When it is diluted, the primer can be applied to porous surfaces.
